My Strengths

Quick positional goalie with strong skating skills, I can read and anticipate the game play well, very fast legs especially down on the butterfly, great post to post movement, fantastic glove. I play even better when under pressure.

The Lumberjacks earned their fifth win in a row topping host Berwick tonight. After 17:30 of scoreless play in the third period, Mike Kelly (assisted by Kale Johnstone and Alex Bitsakis) scored an empty net goal to seal this good win on the road. Though the Lumberjacks were outshot 52 - 27, net-minder Alex Bitsakis had another terrific agme in goal, making 51 saves on the day.

Highlights of Alex Bitsakis against Kents Hill a high ranked prep school team. Winning the game 3-2 and coming up with some big saves during and at the end of the game to preserve the victory, with 37 shots on goal.

Just received official confirmation that I have been selected to the New England Fall Prep Hockey League ALL STAR GAME to be played November 11th at 10am at Mathews Arena at Northeastern University. It will be a great opportunity for me to play with and against the best from all of the New England Prep Schools.
